I want to thank God for our lives for his mercy and support from the beginning of this year 2019, to him alone be all the glory. Dictionary defines ‘Adonai as my lord, Yahweh”. Therefore, one can apparently say that, having the Adonai as your defender synonymous to enjoying His protection, compassion and favor. Consciously or unconsciously, we have all experienced God’s
Protection. Be it in individually, or in the lives of our loved ones, family and friends. Isaiah 4: 5 (KJV) records that: ‘and the lord will create upon every dwelling place of mount Zion, and upon her assemblies, a cloud and smoke by day, and the – shining of a flaming fire by night: for upon all the glory shall be a defense’ .The question we must ask ourselves is who is this king over your life, who is this king who is making your life miserable, who is giving you serious sleepless night, who is claiming Adonai over your life? The bible says Lift of your head o ye gate…;

Hence, it is essential to note that as we are in the month of Adonai, we should continually strive to live a holy life so that God’s spirit and indwelling will not depart from us. It is my prayer that we shall forever be connected to Adonai God who has power to defend, to safe and to deliver us.
