JEHOVAH RAPHA
You are welcome to the second month in the year 2024. Thank God for seeing us through the first month of the year. Thank God for His faithfulness towards His church. His name be praised forever in Jesus’ name – amen.
February is our month of Jehovah Rapha. It is also our 7th year anniversary. How the Lord has been faithfulness and kind! The church is matching on. We thank God for the RCCG House of Prayer as a whole. We thank Him for everyone He has added to us from the first opening day of this church to this very moment. We do not take that for granted. Thank You, Lord. Thinking about how far we have come, one verse comes to mind “1 Samuel 7:12 (KJV), … and called the name of it Ebenezer, saying, Hitherto hath the Lord helped us.”. Another version says, “The Lord has helped us to this very point”. Yes, that is our testimony – The Lord has helped us. The Lord has been our help. The Lord has helped RCCG House of Prayer. Thank You, Lord, for always helping us. The Lord will continually help us as a church and as individuals in Jesus’ name- Amen. Jehovah Rapha, our prophesy, means God our Healer. Exodus 15:26b says, “…for I am the LORD that healeth thee.” Jehovah Rapha is one of God’s numerous names. Not only is it a name for God but an attitude of the person of God. God is the Healer, that is who He is – The Great Physician! The Bible records many miracles of healings. As believers of Christ, healing is the children’s bread as recorded in Matthew 15:26. It is our entitlement. Hence, I pray anyone struggling with any form of sickness will be healed in Jesus’ name – amen. As Jehovah Rapha, God can heal every form of physical sickness like He did with the woman that had been bent over for 18 years in Luke 13:11-12. Not only can God heal the physical, but He can also heal spiritual and mental sickness. In Mark 5, Jesus set the man possessed and tormented of demons free. Even Mary Magdalene was possessed with demons and was set loose. It is my prayer that God will set everyone oppressed of the devil free in Jesus’ name. 1 Timothy 1:7 says, “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” Depression and suicidal thoughts are form of mental sickness. I pray that everyone who is mentally ill or depressed shall receive sound minds and love in Jesus’ name. amen. Whenever you feel sickness creeping in, remember healing is your entitlement as a child of God and come against that sickness. God is the Healer, He will heal you.

The entire Exodus 15:26 says, “and said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee.” God promised the Israelite to not put the diseases of the Egyptian on them as long as they obeyed His commandments. This is God’s admonishment to His children. To fully enjoy God’s healing and protection, we need to work and walk with God. Disobedience is not a choice. It is important to know that anytime we disobey God, we remove ourselves from the covering of God and expose ourselves to sicknesses and diseases. The devil is aware of this, and he is trying to make sure we make wrong decisions. However, greater is He that is in us than he that is in this world. We have the Spirit of God that helps us do right. If you are not a true believer of Christ, then you cannot enjoy the gift of Healing. It is only for the children. Confess your sins and accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior. Then, you can be a part of the family. For believers, in this month of February, let us be intentional about serving God and obeying Him. Work and walk with the Holy Spirit to do right by God. Obey God like your life depends on it because it does and you will enjoy God’s healing powers. Psalms 107:20 says, “He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.” The Word of God is Life. In this season, I pray that the Word of God will beginning to work healings in you in Jesus’ name – amen. Everyone under the bondage of the enemy is free in the name of Jesus – amen! As you continue in the cause of the year, I pray the covering of God for you and your household. As the Lord was a pillar of cloud by day to the Israelites and a pillar of fire by night, He will be your pillar and covering. The enemy will not be able to reach you in Jesus’ name. Walk in the healing power of God. God bless you. Happy New Month!
