Welcome to the month of Greater Height! Happy New Month, fam. Thank God for the blessing
of a new month. The prophecy for the month of October is my month of Greater Heights. I pray that the Lord will take us to greater heights in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Greater Heights means being on another level which is way better than the level you were on before. To attain a greater height means to be successful and accomplished. I like to say for short
that greater height means “better than before, better than ever”.
David was the last son of his father, a shepherd boy responsible for the sheep. Then, God took him to a new height where he got anointed as King and then, God took him to another height where he slew the giant, Goliath and God took him to a greater height where he became king of Israel. Then, God took him to a greater height where he became King of Israel and Judah. Even when the enemy thought they had him, David always came out stronger.
1 Chronicles 11:9 tells us how this happened. “So David waxed greater and greater: for the Lord of hosts was with him”. God was with him and He waxed greater. He became successful because
God was with him. In 2 Samuel 5:10 (KJV), the Bible says reiterate it, “And David went on and
grew great, and the Lord God of hosts was with him.”
For you to attain greater height, God must be with you. When God stops being with you, it usually ends in a disaster like the story of Solomon. 2 Chronicles 1:1 (KJV) “And Solomon the son of David was strengthened in his kingdom and the Lord his God was with him, and magnified him exceedingly. When he began to rule, his kingdom was strengthened, and he began the greatest king to ever live. However, when he stopped honoring God and God departed from Him,
the kingdom fell.
The Bible talks about how the spirit of God departed from Saul because of disobedience in 1
Samuel 16:14 “But the Spirit of the Lord departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the Lord troubled him”. The entire household of Saul ended up dying.
How to Attain a Greater Height

1. Let God be with you.
2. Behave yourself wisely. 1 Samuel 18:14 (KJV) And David behaved himself wisely in all his
   ways; and the Lord was with him.
3. Honor God. 1 Samuel 2:30b
4. Obey God. 1 Samuel 15:22
   In this month of Greater height, it is important to stay within the grace of God. If God decides to
   help you, let Him help you. Do not go around undoing what God has already done. Behave
   yourself wisely like David. Honor and obey God and He will be marvelously help you until you
   have waxed stronger into a great height. I pray that this month, you will attain a greater height
