My Month of Lifting Up!
by Pastor Olusogo Daramola
You are welcome to the month of July, the seventh month in the year 2022. May God answer every
one of our prayers according to His will and His riches in glory in this month in Jesus’ name –
amen! Last month, our month of enduring hope, was a refreshing month. We were refreshed with
the presence of our Father-in-the-Lord, Pastor E. A. Adeboye, at the ministers’ and workers’
conference in conjunction with the Light up Dallas program. We want to thank God for the
2021/2022 School of Discipleship graduation and the ordination of Deaconess Oluwatosin Badejo.
To God be the glory! Deuteronomy 28:13, “And the Lord shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be
above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the
Lord thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them.”
The prophesy for the month of July is our month of “Lifting Up”. As the word of God has
highlighted, I pray that you will be the head and not the tail in Jesus’ name. This month shall be
your season of lifting in the name of Jesus. No matter how the enemy has succeeded in convincing
you that you will be below, this season, there shall be breakthroughs and uplifting in Jesus’ name
– amen! Ecclesiastes 9:11 says “I returned and saw under the sun that the race is not to the swift, nor the
battle to the strong, nor bread to the wise, nor riches to men of understanding, nor favor to men
of skill, but time and chance happen to them all.”
Lifting Up
Lifting means to move from one level to another. It could mean surpassing others, uncommonly
good or impressively. It is also a promotion from one’s current level.
What Do You Need to Be Lifted?

  1. Fear the Lord. Psalm 112:1, Prov. 9:10
  2. Live a prayerful life. Phil. 4:6
  3. Be obedient to God. Lev. 26:4-5
  4. Serve the Lord. Job. 36:11
    Road Map to My Lifting.

1.Stay away from Sin. 1 John 3:8

2.Believe in Jesus. Act16:31.

3.Resist the negativity of the devil. James 4:7.

4.Meditate on the word of God. Joshua 1:8.

5.Purify your heart. Psalms 24:3-6.

5.Believe in the anointing for next level. Isa. 10:27.

6. Believe God for your lifting – 1 John 5:4
To experience a lifting up and promotion in your life, you need to accept Jesus as your Lord and
personal Savior. Please come to Him today, tomorrow may be too late. Let Jesus guide you into
your greater heights. He is out here to bless you.
In this month of lifting up, I pray that “the Lord will anoint your head with oil and your cup shall
continually run over” in Jesus’ name. Time and chances will favor you and you will see the
goodness of God in the land of the living. Stay in this atmosphere of lifting up. God bless you!
