My Month to Soar as Eagle
by Pastor Olusogo Daramola

You are welcome to the month of August, the eighth month of the year 2020. In this month of
August, you will encounter miracles, testimonies, open doors, open heavens, fruitfulness and
unprecedented signs and wonders in Jesus mighty name. Amen! Last month was our month of
“Moving from glory to glory”. It was a month where many churches resumed their onsite services
after several months of lockdown and restrictions. I am glad to welcome everyone to the month of
August – our month to “Soar as Eagles”. My prayer is that you will soar as eagles in every area
of your lives in Jesus mighty name. Amen!
We give all glory to God who enable the church to complete another workers-in-training session
in the month of July. To Him alone be all the glory!!!
I would like to specially thank God for preserving everyone’s life till this day despite all the plans
of the enemies. If you have experienced one disappointment or the other, do not forget that the
Lord makes all things to work together for your good! “And we know that all things work together
for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose” (Roman
8:28).
Our prophecy text for this month of August is Isaiah 40:31 “But they that wait upon the Lord shall
renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary;
and they shall walk, and not faint”
The prophecy for this month is “Soar as Eagles”. My questions for you today are: Are you a
chicken Christian or an eagle Christian? Are you an eagle that refuses to sour due to struggles and
challenges of life? Are you an eagle but remains as an eaglet? Are you an eagle but still stay among
the chickens and ducks? Are you trying to soar, but it seems difficult for reasons known or
unknown to you? I prophesy over your life; in this month of August, you will soar again, and
every dry bone shall rise again in the name of Jesus name. Amen!
Many people were born and raised as eagles but due to circumstances, they find themselves
experiencing a change in status to either to a chicken or other birds different from an eagle. I have

good news for you, because you made it to this month of August, you would reclaim your status
back in Jesus mighty name. Amen!
