Happy New Year Family! I am delighted to announce that we have been victorious in the past year 2020. Hallelujah! God has brought us into the year 2021 and has prepared us to be set for greater heights and exceptional things. In this new year 2021, and new month of January, the Lord will place you above all, you will experience miracles, testimonies, open doors, open heavens, fruitfulness and unprecedented signs, wonders, victory on every side in Jesus mighty name. Amen! Last year was a year filled with many challenges, all kind of tragedies both local and International but it was also a year that the word of God was proven to be sure and true once again that he would never leave us nor forsake us; Deuteronomy 31:6.

In the faithfulness and mercies of God the church is marching on and stepping into a new dimension as we are pleased to announce the commencement of the Youth and Young adult Church (YAYA) in this month of January. So, watch out! Invite every youth you know to church because God is ready for our youths. Hallelujah! To him alone be all the glory, honor and adoration as I specially thank God for preserving everyone’s life till this day despite all the plans of the enemies.

Our prophecy for this month of January is “Set for the Throne “, and the text is from the book of Psalms 23:1. This says, “The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want”.

When we set our gaze on the throne, what understanding do we have of this? A throne can be likened to an Authority; it can stand for a goal we want to achieve, and it can also mean the purpose God has for us. When we are set to achieve goals, we need a form of authority to propel us into executing what we want to. This authority is what Christ has assured us of in our text (Psalms 23:1) by telling us that he is our Shephard. With Christ as our Shepherd, we have assurance that all we will need to attain our throne is guaranteed in him.

In the world we live in today; situations, depression, economic disparities, chaos, stress, work schedules and the likes have distracted people away from their set goals to get to their throne. Thrones have been taken away by satanic manipulations, lies and deceits, pride of life, lust of the flesh and all sort of immoralities that even children of God have lost focus from their place of authority. But thank God for Jesus and redemption. I decree that your place of authority will be restored back to you in Jesus name. Amen!

Forces against getting to your set throne

  • Lack of Faith Heb 11:6
  • Low self-esteem Phil 4:13
  • Wrong Decisions 1Sam 23:15-29
  • Procrastination
  • Pride Dan 4:30
  • Family Gen 37:12-36
  • Lack of Confidence

How to get to your set throne

  • Accept Jesus as you Lord and Savior.
  • Trust God to fight your battles.
  • Study the word of God.
  • Pray always.
  • You need to change your lifestyle.
  • Humble yourself for God to uplift you.
  • Make forgiveness your daily tool towards others.

Benefits of getting to our set throne

  • We will have our authority restored in Christ Jesus Eph 4:20-23
  • Every enemy will be under our feet Luke 10:19
  • Our victory will be sure at all times Rev 12:1
  • The Lord will set a table before your enemies’ Ps 23:5
  • We will reign with Christ forever 2Tim 2:12

To be set for the throne, we need to get revelation from the one who is already on the throne. He is the only one who can show us the path and ways to go. Just like our Bible text said that he is our Shepherd, we have to surrender ourselves to him to guide us and then he will bring us to the place where all our wants will be met. This place is the place where the throne is situated. This place is the place we meet with God always. Let us put our gaze on him alone and I pray that in this month of January, we will all reach our place of enthronement and the Lord will set a crown of glory on us in Jesus name.

Are you wondering how you will get to that place where your throne is set? Are you concerned that you will not have the enablement to achieve what is set before you? Do not fear nor be dismayed my brethren. The Lord is ready to abide in you as long as you are willing and ready to abide in him. Come to him today and he will take you on that journey that sets you for the throne. Ask Jesus into your life today and he will come in. It is important to know that without knowing Jesus as your Lord and personal Savior, it might be difficult for you to be set for the throne. Please come back to Him today, tomorrow may be too late. Draw close to Him and He will draw close to you. As we step into the prophecy of this Month of January, be strong and of good courageous. Step into the prophecy by faith. God is out there to bless you more than you can think or imagine. Amen!

We would like to say happy birthday to our Special January celebrants and happy anniversaries to our January couples. Celebrations will not cease in your lives in Jesus name.

Welcome to January 2021, the month of “Set for the Throne” and remain in the atmosphere of miracle.
