August 2026 Trumpet-MY MONTH OF DIVINE GLORY

Welcome to August 2026, our Month of Divine Glory. During this month, may the Lord bless
you with good health, financial breakthroughs, fruitfulness, prosperity, career advancement,
restored opportunities, debt cancellation, timely help, victory in every pending battle, and the
special miracles you desire, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen. May the Lord defend you in
every challenge, grant you peace at home and abroad, and reveal His goodness to you in a new
way, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen! We thank God for July 2026—our Family Month,
Annual Picnic Month, Children’s Week, and Month of Divine Total Recovery. God renewed
our hope and opened new opportunities. He showered His Church with extraordinary blessings,
mercy, and miracles of every kind. July’s Anointing and Holy Ghost Service marked a fresh
beginning for HOP families who had experienced setbacks or lost employment opportunities.
We give God all the glory for the success of the 2026 RCCG HOP picnic and Children’s Week.
To God alone be all the glory.
It is my pleasure to welcome everyone to August 2026. I especially thank God for preserving
our lives to this day, despite the local and global pressures affecting many families. Lord, our
generation shall praise You: “One generation shall praise thy works to another, and shall
declare thy mighty acts” (Psalm 145:4, KJV).
By prophetic declaration, this is our Month of Divine Glory. May God restore everything the
enemy has taken from your life, home, and family, in Jesus’ mighty name. May the Lord give
you victory over every adversary and bring every form of oppression to an end this month, in
Jesus’ mighty name. Amen! Isaiah 60:1–2 says: “Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the
glory of the Lord is risen upon thee. For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross
darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee”
(KJV).
Moses had witnessed mighty miracles. He had watched the Red Sea open before his eyes. He
had stood on Mount Sinai as the mountain trembled in the presence of God. Yet, after all those
encounters, his heart still cried, “Lord, I want more.” Church, miracles are wonderful, but the
greatest blessing is not merely seeing what God can do; it is knowing who God is.
That same hunger must rise again in the heart of every believer today. We must not be satisfied
with religion without revelation, songs without surrender, or church attendance without a real
encounter with the living God.
What, then, is divine glory? It is more than a feeling or an atmosphere. It is God revealing
Himself in such a way that lives are transformed, darkness is driven back, and His name is
exalted.

1. Divine Glory Is the Revelation of Who God Is
   God answered Moses, saying, “I will cause all My goodness to pass before you.”
   This shows us that God’s glory is more than bright light or supernatural power. His glory is the
   revelation of His very nature—His holiness that purifies, His love that reaches, His mercy that
   restores, His justice that stands, His faithfulness that never fails, and His goodness that follows
   His people.
   Whenever God makes Himself known, His glory is present. When He saves, His glory is
   present. When He heals, His glory is present. When He delivers, His glory is present. When
   He comforts the brokenhearted, His glory is present.
   The glory of God is His unmatched worth, beauty, majesty, and greatness displayed for all
   creation to see. No throne is higher. No name is greater. No power is stronger. No glory can
   compare with the glory of our God.
2. Divine Glory Was Revealed Perfectly in Jesus Christ
   John 1:14 says (ESV):
   “The Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen His glory, glory as of the only
   Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.”
   Jesus did not simply talk about God’s glory.
   In Jesus Christ, God’s glory was revealed in human form. Through His life, God entered human
   history and made His grace and truth known.
   When Jesus healed the sick, we saw God’s compassion.
   When He forgave sinners, we saw God’s mercy.
   When He calmed the storm, we saw God’s authority.
   When He died on the cross, we saw God’s love and justice come together.
   When He rose from the dead, we saw God’s victorious glory over sin, death, and the grave.
   If you want to know what God is truly like, look at Jesus. If you want to see the heart of the
   Father, look at Jesus. If you want to understand divine glory, look at Jesus.
3. Divine Glory Changes Those Who Behold It
   Paul writes in 2 Corinthians 3:18 (ESV): “And we all… beholding the glory of the Lord, are
   being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another.”
   God’s glory is not something we merely admire from a distance. As we encounter Him, He
   reveals our need for repentance and growth, cleanses us from sin, transforms our character, and
   helps us mature in grace.
   The more we know Christ, the more our hearts begin to look like His.
   His glory changes our attitudes.
   His glory changes our desires.
   His glory changes our character.
   As we behold His glory, we become more loving, patient, humble, forgiving, and faithful. We
   cannot truly encounter His glory and remain the same. Divine glory does not leave people
   untouched; it transforms them into the image of Christ.
4. We Are Called to Reflect God’s Glory
   Jesus said in Matthew 5:16 (ESV):
   “Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to
   your Father who is in heaven.”
   The moon has no light of its own; it simply reflects the light of the sun.
   In the same way, believers do not produce God’s glory on their own; we reflect it. The closer
   we walk with the Son, the more brightly His light shines through our lives.
   Through lives marked by love, holiness, compassion, humility, and obedience, we point people
   back to Christ. Our homes should reflect His glory. Our words should reflect His glory. Our
   service should reflect His glory. Our worship should reflect His glory. Wherever we go, people
   should see something of Jesus in us.
   Laws That Can Affect Our Glory

   B. Universal or Natural Laws
10. The Law of Cause and Effect
    Every choice we make produces a result.
    Wise choices often open the door to peace, growth, and fruitfulness, while careless or harmful
    choices can bring pain and delay.
    This reminds us that the decisions we make every day can either strengthen or weaken our
    witness for Christ.
11. The Law of Gravity
    Gravity affects everyone, whether we acknowledge it or not.
    In the same way, God’s creation follows an orderly design. When we respect the physical
    principles that govern life and make wise choices within them, we are better able to live
    responsibly and flourish.
12. The Laws of Health and Biology
    Our bodies need proper nutrition, rest, exercise, and care in order to function well.
    When we care for our bodies, we are better able to serve God with strength, focus, and
    consistency. Scripture reminds us that each believer’s body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1
    Corinthians 6:19–20).
13. The Law of Time
    Time keeps moving forward, and once it is gone, we cannot bring it back.
    That is why we must use our time wisely, honoring God with our days and fulfilling His
    purpose for our lives (Ephesians 5:15–16).
14. The Law of Seedtime and Harvest
    In nature, what is planted today becomes the harvest of tomorrow.
    This also applies to our spiritual lives. Faithfulness, patience, obedience, and perseverance may
    not show results overnight, but over time they produce lasting fruit (Galatians 6:7–9).
15. The Law of Rest
    Human beings were not created to run endlessly without renewal.
    God built rest into the rhythm of life. The Sabbath reminds us that rest is not weakness; it is
    part of God’s design for healthy work, worship, and renewal (Exodus 20:8–11).
16. The Law of Growth
    Living things grow gradually when they are placed in the right environment.
    In the same way, spiritual maturity develops over time through prayer, Scripture, worship,
    obedience, and fellowship with God’s people.
    C. Generational and Ancestral Patterns
    What some people call a “generational law” may be better understood as a repeated family
    pattern or an influence inherited through upbringing and experience. These patterns can affect
    how people think, behave, relate to others, and respond to God. However, they do not determine
    a believer’s future. Through faith in Christ, harmful patterns can be recognized, confronted,
    healed, and replaced with healthier, godly ways of living.
17. Family patterns of sin—such as anger, addiction, dishonesty, violence, sexual immorality,
    or greed—can repeat across generations if they are not confronted by truth and grace.
18. Inherited beliefs and values—families can pass down faith, courage, and wisdom, but they
    can also pass down fear, unbelief, bitterness, or idolatry.
19. Trauma and brokenness—pain from previous generations can influence how people think,
    relate to others, make decisions, and respond to God’s love.
20. Cultural or spiritual practices—some traditions help families honor God, while others may
    pull hearts away from Him and need to be surrendered to Christ.
21. Blessings and godly legacies—prayer, wisdom, faithfulness, generosity, and integrity can
    also be passed from one generation to another.
    D. Spiritual Attacks That Can Affect a Person’s Glory
22. Spiritual oppression—This can appear as persistent discouragement, fear, confusion,
    heaviness, or difficulty moving forward spiritually.
23. Temptation to sin—The enemy often tries to draw people toward choices and habits that
    pull them away from God’s will.
24. Deception and false beliefs—Scripture describes Satan as a deceiver (John 8:44), and one
    of his strategies is to twist the truth and lead people away from God.
25. Fear and intimidation—Fear can make people feel powerless, hopeless, or too afraid to
    obey God boldly.
26. Bondage and addiction—Destructive habits can keep people from living freely and fully.
    Addiction may involve spiritual, emotional, medical, psychological, and social factors, so
    recovery may require prayer, wise counsel, professional care, and support from others.
27. Division in relationships—Conflict, unforgiveness, hatred, and bitterness can be used to
    create division in families, churches, and communities.
28. Accusation and condemnation—The enemy may use guilt and shame to make a person
    believe that they are beyond God’s forgiveness, even when Christ is ready to restore
    them.
29. Spiritual hindrance—Believers may face opposition that discourages prayer, weakens faith,
    delays obedience, or slows spiritual growth.
30. Destruction and suffering—Scripture says that the enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy
    (John 10:10), but we must also remember that not every hardship, sickness, or struggle is
    caused by demons.
    Seven Steps to Reclaim Your Divine Glory
31. Return Fully to God
    Come back to Him with your whole heart. Repent of known sins and renew your relationship
    with Christ.
    Scripture: James 4:7–8; 1 John 1:9
32. Recognize That Your True Glory Comes from God
    Your identity and destiny are ultimately in God’s hands. The enemy cannot permanently cancel
    God’s purpose for your life.
    Scripture: Isaiah 46:10; Romans 8:28
33. Pray for Restoration
    Ask God to restore what has been lost—opportunities, peace, joy, favor, relationships, and
    spiritual strength—according to His will.
    Scripture: Joel 2:25–26
34. Resist the Enemy Through Faith
    Do not live in fear or become consumed with demonic activity. Stand firmly in Christ and reject
    every influence that contradicts God’s Word.
    Scripture: James 4:7; Ephesians 6:10–18
35. Break Agreement with Anything Contrary to God’s Will
    Renounce sinful practices, unforgiveness, bitterness, occult involvement, and destructive
    habits. Seek God’s forgiveness, healing, and freedom.
36. Walk in Obedience and Holiness
    Restoration is not only about prayer; it is also about daily obedience to God’s Word.

37. Keep Growing in God’s Presence
    Stay connected to prayer, Scripture, worship, and godly fellowship. The more you walk with
    God, the more His glory is revealed through your life.
    Having considered the meaning of divine glory, the people who experience it, the factors that
    can hinder it, and the steps for reclaiming it, let us live faithfully and turn away from sin.
    Difficult circumstances may make it hard to remain focused on God, but they do not have to
    separate you from His presence. Come to Him today and renew your relationship with Him.
    Draw near to Him, and He will draw near to you. Be strong and courageous. By faith, embrace
    God’s promises for this month of August. God is able to bless you beyond all that you can ask
    or imagine. As you continue to trust Him, He will renew your strength. You shall mount up
    with wings like eagles; you shall run and not grow weary; and you shall walk and not faint. In
    this season of Divine Glory, may the Lord bless and keep you, cause His face to shine upon
    you, be gracious to you, lift His countenance upon you, and give you peace, in Jesus’ name.
