…Divine Grace
It is with a grateful heart I welcome you all to April,2018 – our month of ‘divine grace’ – II Corinthians 12:9 –9But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore, I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.
The word ‘grace’ as commonly known (in Christian belief) is the free and unmerited favor of God, as manifested in the salvation of sinners and the bestowal of blessings. It is the grace of God that takes you from the ‘ordinary level’ to the ‘extraordinary level’. Thus, it is the ‘extravagant grace’ of God bestowed on us as exemplified in the life of Lazarus that separates us from the ordinary, Lazarus was dead but the divine grace upon his life brought him back to life. I prophesize that everything dead in your life, be resurrected now as we are in the season of resurrection in Jesus name – Amen!
Apostle Paul in his letter to the Corinthians as recorded in 1 Corinthians 15:10 – 10But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me. The grace of God upon our lives as believers cannot be quantified and it is immeasurable.
Life may have dealt with us in different measures, it is a stormy life indeed, but I want to assure you that the divine grace of God is ever sufficient for you. No matter the areas of life you are believing God for; be it martially, financially, academically, fruitfulness or otherwise, his ‘DIVINE GRACE’ is ever present for you. Our fathers of faith – Paul, Enoch, David, Moses, Joseph, Samuel, Elijah, Elizabeth, to Peter all experienced the grace of God upon their lives in different areas.
