JOSEPH
The life of Joseph, the son of Jacob, is a typical example of enduring hope. He was righteous and
faithful to God and his family. He had strong faith in the God of his fathers – Abraham, Isaac and
Jacob and did all what was right in the sight of God. In spite of all theses’, his siblings hated him
and threw him into the pit. He was enslaved, abused, embarrassed, and lied against by his master’s
wife. He was also imprisoned and treated as a prisoner of war, yet he keeps his hope alive by
enduring all the trials of life.

To stay hopeful, we need Jesus. Accepting Jesus as your Lord and personal Savior is very crucial
in this world of uncertainty. Although the butler made a promise to Joseph, he did not remember
Joseph until after two years. Stop putting your hope in men and stay putting your hope in God.
Please come to Him today, tomorrow may be too late. God will never fail you. Step into the
prophecy of this month of June by faith. God is out to bless you more than you can think or
imagine. Do not forget that as you continue to believe in God, He will renew your strength, you
shall mount up with wings as eagles; you shall run, and not be weary; and you shall walk, and not
faint. In this season of “enduring hope”, may the Lord bless and keep you and cause His face to
shine upon you, be gracious unto you and lift His countenance upon you and give you peace in
Jesus’ name. Amen.
